After you have completed your order, you will receive a computer generated receipt of your order by email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email again with confirmation of this. If you don't get a reply within a day, please email us because you might have sent us an email address with a typing error or your provider has been offline.

If your order does not appear in your 'order history account' then you have not fully completed and confirmed your order. Please email us with your order details.

For online payment you will be directly linked to the DPS Payment Gateway. DPS payment gateway will process your credit card information for payment securely.

If you select Faxable Order Form as your payment option a PDF order form will be emailed to you for credit card details. This can be emailed to (payment@nzpurehealth.com) or faxed back to us (+64 9 444 2889). Once payment has been received your order will be processed and dispatched.
