 | What if I am not satisfied with the products, how can I get the products refund or exchange? | | Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened product to us for a refund, replacement or credit.
Please note the following:
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We cannot accept the return of damaged goods.
Returns must be made within thirty days from the day you received your order.
When we receive your parcel back at our New Zealand Distribution Center, we will process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of that transaction. if you have paid by means of a check or money order, a check will be issued to you within seven to twenty-one business days from the date you parcel was received at our New Zealand Distribution Center.

|  | How can I pay if I don't have a credit card? | | You can make payment by faxing us your name,address, phone number and what you wish to order and credit card details, card number,expiry date and name of card holder (Visa or MasterCard) if you don't wish to use our secure server. The fax number is +64 9 4442889.
You can also post to Deep Blue Health Ltd, P.O.Box 40718, Glenfield, Auckland 1310, NEW ZEALAND, a Bank Draft payable to Deep Blue Health Ltd.
Also you can pay by Telegraphic Transfer all costs at your expense to our bank account in New Zealand. Send an email to : info@nzpurehealth.com and we will send you the details.
|  | How do I know that I am going to get my order once you have charged my credit card? | | We have been in business on the internet for five years now and would have been closed by the New Zealand authorities if we did not meet our obligations. Also the credit card companies would close our accounts. Our business has a very high number of repeat customers which would not happen if they were unsatisfied.
|  | Is my Credit Card number safe? | | All your personal details are entered through a secure server which has special security on it. We do not pass on your details to any other third party.
