We promise to provide you with timely and accurate delivery services of our products. Your online order will typically be processed and dispatched within two working days (Monday to Friday). We are highly experienced in ensuring we get your natural health products delivered and ask that you provide clear and accurate shipping details. A phone number with the shipping address details is advisable for easier delivery.
Delivery within New Zealand is dispatched with Fastway Couriers and can take 1-2 working days.
Delivery outside New Zealand usually takes 7-12 working days depending on the zone of the country.
If we have a delay in product availability we will email you and explain. This can occur between production runs.
To provide a reliable shipping service we use DHL Global Mail or Quantium Solutions (TNT) Spring Mail service to deliver the goods. We select the best company suited for delivery to each destination. This service does NOT have track and trace available.
Please note if you require Track and Trace on your package there would be an additional cost for this service and it would have to be requested in order for nzpurehealth to obtain a quote.
When ordering from nzpurehealth.com you are considered to be the importer of the requested products and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Custom policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required.
Terms and Conditions
The shipping charge is mainly a free service for customers from all over the world, there is a minimum order requirement of $45.00 USD, otherwise there is a shipping cost.
International Customs and Imports
Our charges do not include customs, VAT or any import taxes. Our experience is that most of our international orders are not charged any customs fees. However since imports and customs are the responsibility of the buyer, please make sure that items you order will not be held at customs when entering your country, and that customs regulations are acceptable to you. We do our best to minimise any custom delays.
We can accept PO Box as a delivery address if using our Global or Spring mail service. For track and trace a physical address must be provided. If orders are returned because of the unknown address, customers will be asked to pay the delivery charges.
